Founded by the late philanthropist Harry Gabriel, the Twin Steeples Creative Arts Center enriches the arts in the already flourishing art community of Ponchatoula, while also preserving the legacy and history of its two historic buildings in perpetuity. It serves as a multidisciplinary arts organization that is dedicated to expanding the cultural and creative opportunities for Ponchatoula and its surrounding area. Its strategic goals focus on programming that celebrates the local artists and provides a window to the world. TSCAC creates artistic connections and learning, while enhancing the lives of residents and tourists alike.
A small-town, East Texas native, Cat moved to New Orleans to complete her degree in Business Administration in 2011. She began her hospitality career as events coordinator for a Southern Art museum, which occasionally called for jumping behind the bar and managing NBA All Stars all in the same night. Prompted by the current state of the world and noticing a need for virtual programming locally, Cat launched Chicory Productions in October 2020. Chicory is providing virtual and hybrid programming for those looking for an exclusively NOLA experience. Cat is your livestream guide, videographer, editor, graphic designer and marketing manager - all in one package. From custom cooking demos to concerts at Tipitina's, Cat wants to creatively collaborate to make your virtual ideas a reality, making her your "creative co-conspirator."
